Creating an Environment

This page outlines the process for creating a MyCRT environment. This will walk you through running captures and replays on your own databases.

***Please remember that MyCRT is in the alpha stages of testing.***

Before capturing and replaying workloads, users must first configure an environment that they wish to work with. An environment is a container that helps users stay organized by grouping sets of captures together that relate to a single source database. This means that for every database that a user wishes to run a capture on, they must configure a new environment.

Steps to Create an Environment

  • Click “Get Started”.

  • Click the “+” icon next to “Environments”.
