End User License Agreement

Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) serves as a legal agreement between you and LilBobbyTables that governs your use of MyCRT-LilBobbyTables. By installing, copying, or otherwise using MyCRT-LilBobbyTables, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use MyCRT-LilBobbyTables.

Licensing of Use

LilBobbyTables gives you the right to install and use MyCRT-LilBobbyTables on your local machine and with your own EC2 instance. Any use of MyCRT-LilBobbyTables that accesses Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services is licensed to you subjected to the terms and conditions of the license agreement of AWS found here. You may not distribute MyCRT-LilBobbyTables for commercial use. This End User License Agreement will remain in effect for the duration of your use of MyCRT-LilBobbyTables.

Restrictions of Use

You shall use MyCRT-LilBobbyTables strictly in accordance with the terms stated above and in the agreement and shall not: (a) use MyCRT-LilBobbyTables to make a profit (b) distribute the tool for commercial use (c) copy the MyCRT-LilBobbyTables application design and/or application code, including the layout of MyCRT-LilBobbyTables website (d) violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of MyCRT-LilBobbyTables.

Termination of Use

This EULA will remain in effect for the duration of your use of MyCRT-LilBobbyTables. Without prejudice to any other rights, LilBobbyTables may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of MyCRT-LilBobbyTables and all of its component parts.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LilBobbyTables be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if LilBobbyTables is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LilBobbyTables expressly disclaims any warranty for MyCRT-LilBobbyTables. MyCRT-LilBobbyTables and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of MyCRT-LilBobbyTables remains with you.

Copyright Infringement

All title and copyrights in and to MyCRT-LilBobbyTables and the accompanying documentation are owned by LilBobbyTables. MyCRT-LilBobbyTables is protected by copyright laws. You must treat MyCRT-LilBobbyTables like any other copyrighted material.
